REFUND POLICY

90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Angelring ring. If for any reason you are not happy with it, you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

How to request a return
Email us at angel_ring@outlook.es with your order number. We will reply within 48 hours with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Conditions

• The ring must be returned in its original condition, unworn beyond trying it on, with its packaging if possible.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Independently of our 90-day guarantee, if you live in the European Union you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement by email to angel_ring@outlook.es.
